We offer nationwide shipping within the continental US. Standard orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days, and we also offer next-day express delivery for urgent occasions.

Do you offer a freshness guarantee?

Yes, we guarantee our flowers will stay fresh for at least 7 days. If your bouquet withers sooner, simply send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or a full refund.

Can I include a personalized message with my order?

Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will have the option to write a custom message which we will print on a premium gift card and include with your arrangement.

How should I care for my flowers once they arrive?

Each order includes a care guide. We recommend trimming the stems at a 45-degree angle, placing them in room-temperature water, and adding the provided flower food immediately.
